We guarantee all products in this catalog to be true to name and in good condition when you receive them. If you have any doubts about quality when your order arrives, notify us immediately (within 10 days) and we'll replace or refund the full purchase price and shipping, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to request return of the merchandise to receive adjustments. If a plant fails during the growing season and we are notified within one year from date of shipment, we will replace it once or issue a credit toward future orders provided the plant has been planted according to instructions provided and in growing zones recommended in our catalog.
